Heda Castings was founded in 2001 and is located in Zhejiang, China, just two hours away from Shanghai. Our foundry is an ISO 9001:2015 certified professional foundry that specializes in high-standard precision casting parts.
We specialize in silica sol investment casting, which offers the best surface finish and dimension accuracy of all investment casting techniques. We offer a wide range of casting materials including Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Alloy Steel, Tool Steel, and more, and our annual production capacity is around 4,000 tons. Our precision casting parts are widely used in various industries, such as agricultural equipment, construction hardware, high-speed train parts, food machinery, automotive parts, cookware parts, defense industry, valve parts, medical equipment, and more.
Aside from investment casting, we also offer many after-casting processes in our in-house workshop, including all sorts of machining. Our engineers with rich experience allow us to design and make suitable fixtures and checking gauges for different parts, and all the products can be inspected by 3D scanner in our lab and CMM measurement in a 3rd party lab. We use Silica Sol only for better surface finish and dimension accuracy of the casting parts.
We do quality check strictly according to our customers’ request. Samples must be approved by customer before mass production, all parts must be 100% inspected before shipment, a random check with 3D scanner or CMM must be carried out by our QC staff and a detailed measurement report will be sent to our customers. Hardness, mechanical properties and so forth can also be done if requested. Quality Control.
Our main products are silica sol investment casting parts in weight range 10g to 20kg, made of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and brass mostly.
We don’t have a Minimum Order Quantity, inquiries in any quantity are welcome and we treat all of our inquiries with equal importance, however the unit price could be relatively higher when the quantity is small, because the mold cost and exporting costs are almost fixed.
